Privacy
This page says what xiangze.ai keeps when you use it, why, and who sees it. The site keeps very little, and this page names all of it.
What We Keep
When you send the Connect form, the site stores one intake request with your answers:
- your organization or project name and the project details you provide
- the services you select and any budget band you provide
- your preferred language and messaging app
- your name, and the email or messaging handle you gave
When you book a time, the site also stores the booking id and the Google Meet link that Cal.com creates, together with your form.
How We Use It
Each intake request is emailed to Jerry Hsu, the founder, and the site’s assistant sorts it for him. We use it to reply on the app and in the language you picked, and to prepare for the call.
We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Booking with Cal.com
The booking calendar on the Connect page is run by Cal.com. When you pick a time, Cal.com receives the name and email you enter there, sends you the invitation, and creates the Google Meet link.
Cal.com’s own privacy policy covers what it keeps. The call itself runs on Google Meet.
Cookies
The site sets no cookie when you visit, read, or send the form. It sets one cookie only when Jerry signs in to the site’s admin, to keep him signed in.
The Cal.com booking frame is a Cal.com page inside ours, and it may set cookies of its own.
Payment
The site takes no payment and never asks for a card. We discuss scope and payment arrangements directly.
Seeing or Deleting What We Keep
To see what we keep about you, or to have it deleted, tell us on the app we reply to you on, or send the Connect form and say so.
Changes to This Page
If what the site keeps changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
